  • Get vaccinated
  • Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently with soap, especially after using the bathroom, after coughing or sneezing, and before eating
  • Never pick up used tissues
  • Never share cups and eating utensils
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze

When to See Doctor

Consult a doctor if you have flu like symptoms:
  • High fever, or fever with a rash
  • Trouble breathing or rapid breathing
  • Bluish skin color
  • Aching muscles, especially in your back, arms and legs
