Prevention Tips

  • Donot drink alcohol
  • Medicines such as sleeping pills and sedatives, before bed. These can relax your throat muscles and slow your breathing
  • Eat sensibly
  • Do regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight
  • Quit smoking.

  • Teeth grinding
