Foods to be taken
The following foods are well known for their nutrition:
  • Vitamins (A, C, D- as they have good antioxidant properties)- almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, radish, Carrots, pineapples, pears, barley, oats, potato, mangoes, grapes, coconuts

Home Remedies

  • Gentle cleaning of the eye with a cotton ball soaked in warm water
  • Cold compress can relieve irritation and swelling
  • Good hygiene of face and hand is important
  • Remove contact lenses if you wear them
