Home Remedies

  • Daily use of a high-factor sunscreen lotion (SPF 30 or more) may be helpful.
  • People with darker skin should be careful. 
  • Apply turmeric or honey and milk etc. At the affected area (under proper guidance).
  • Exercise may help blood circulation.
  • Wear a hat and good clothing to protect your skin.
