Ciclesonide nasal (for the nose) is used to treat nasal symptoms (congestion, sneezing, runny nose) caused by seasonal allergies in adults and children as young as 6 years old.

Formoterol inhalation is a long-acting bronchodilator. It relaxes muscles in the airways to improve breathing. Formoterol is to prevent bronchospasm in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including emphysema and chronic bronchitis.

Precautions for TRIMIUM TRANSHALER and its Constituents


Avoid getting this medicine in your eyes. If this does happen, rinse with water and call your doctor.

Do not use a second form of formoterol (Bevespi, Dulera, Symbicort) or other long-acting inhaled bronchodilator unless your doctor tells you to. This includes arformoterol (Brovana), indacaterol (Arcapta), olodaterol (Striverdi, Stiolto Respimat), salmeterol (Advair, Serevent), or vilanterol (Breo Ellipta, Anoro Ellipta). Monitor blood sugar level regularly while taking this medication. Avoid alcohol consumption.
