GADOFOSVESET TRISODIUM is a Schedule H drug.
This medication is a gadolinium-based MRI contrast agent, used to diagnose peripheral vascular disease.  It helps in clear visualization of blood vessels, organs, and other non-bony tissues.It is used during an MRA (magnetic resonance angiography) test.

Precautions

  • You should not use Gadofosveset,if you are allergic to it.
  • Caution should be exercised in patients with severe kidney disease, muscle weakness, skin disorder, joint stiffness, bone pain, moving trouble, high blood pressure, diabetes, QT prolongation, recent injury, any allergy, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.Patient may develop with increased risk of severe kidney problem; if it is so consult with your healthcare provider.
  • Monitor kidney and heart functions regularly while taking this medication.
  • Avoid excess dosage.
