Clopidogrel prevents platelets in your blood from sticking together to form an unwanted blood clot that could block an artery. Clopidogrel is used to lower your risk of having a stroke, blood clot, or serious heart problem after you’ve had a heart attack, severe chest pain (angina), or circulation problems.

Caution needed for patients at risk of increased bleeding from trauma, surgery, or other pathological conditions; ulcer; liver and kidney impairment; history of bleeding or haemostatic disorders, pregnancy. Avoid injury or bruising while taking this medication. It may cause dizziness, avoid driving a car or operating machinery, or other unsafe tasks. Do not change the dose or stop taking unless advised by health care provider. Avoid alcohol. It can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

CLOPIDOGREL BISULFATE : Abdomen Bleeding, Eyes Bleeding, Gums Bleeding, Black (tar) Colored Stools, Confusion, Fever, Pale Skin, Fainting, Rapid Heart Rate (pulse), Head Headache, Fatigue (tiredness), Bloody Or Red Colored Vomit, Slurred Speech, Seizures (uncontrollable Jerking Of Limbs), Eyes Yellow Eyes, Dark Colored (brown) Urine
