How Do I Take It?

Route of Administration: IV (Intravenous)

Precautions

It may make you dizzy or affect your vision. Do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. Consult with your doctor before you receive any vaccinations during your treatment with this medication. Caution needed for patients with diabetes, fructose intolerance, liver, lung or kidney disease. Report any symptoms of fluid or electrolyte loss to your doctor. It may increase the level of plasma-bilirubin concentration and lead to severe decreased bone marrow activities.

IRINOTECAN over-dosage can result in: Difficulty Breathing, Throat Soreness, Fever, Loose Motion

IRINOTECAN : Anxiety, Black (tar) Colored Stools, Eyes Blurred Vision, Chest Pain, Chills, Confusion, Dark Colored (brown) Urine, Dizziness, Fainting, Irregular Heartbeat, Fever, Head Headache, Loss Of Appetite, Nausea, Vomit, Face Numbness, Runny Nose, Throat Soreness, Vaginal Bleeding Between Periods, Sneezing, Wheezing

Serious Side-Effects

IRINOTECAN : Black (tar) Colored Stools, Cough, Shortness Of Breath, Chest Pain, Sudden Numbness Or Weakness On One Side Of Body, Slurred Speech, Confusion, Difficulty Breathing

Rare Side-Effects
