Precautions for RE NOPAIN CRM and its Constituents



  • Do not eat while your mouth feels numb. You may bite your tongue.
  • Do not apply on broken/irritated skin or open wounds.
  • Avoid getting this medication into eyes, nose, or mouth.Avoid excess dosage.
  • Caution is to be exercised if you have any of the following conditions: glucose-6-phosphate deficiency, congenital or idiopathic methemoglobinemia (blood disorder in which an abnormal amount of methemoglobin, a form of hemoglobin is produced).
  • Take precaution while using prilocaine as there is a possibility of temporary loss of sensation and muscle function.
  • Avoid unintentional trauma or injury to the lips, tongue, cheek mucosa, or soft palate when these structures are anesthetized; postpone ingestion of food until normal function returns.
  • The effect of prilocaine may increase for up to 3 hours under occlusive dressing and may persist for 1 to 2?hour even after removal of the cream.Do not drive or operate machinery as prilocaine may make you feel sleepy.
  • Do not apply cream to larger areas or for longer times than those recommended.

PRILOCAINE : Depression, Seizure, Difficulty Breathing, Body Excessive Sweating, Drowsiness, Ringing In Ears, Depressed Mood, Eyes Change In Vision, Nervousness, Abdomen Upset Stomach, Slow Or Irregular Breathing
