  • Butter milk

  • Vitamin B like wheat, oats, barley
  • Folic acid like chicken, liver, beef, spinach, asparagus, bananas, beans
  • Food rich in iron like corn, peas, cucumbers   
  • Honey is a natural humectant which helps to retain moisture and rehydration

  • Spicy food
  • Fruits like oranges, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, tomatoes, plums, walnuts

Home Remedies

  • Gargling with coconut milk 3-4 times a day
  • Chew Tulsi leaves 3-4 time s a day
  • Gently rub with a small ice cube on the spot or rinse the mouth with ice cold water to reduce the pain
  • Apply ghee on the ulcerated area
  • Butter milk 2-3 times a day
  • Pinch of turmeric powder with glycerin and apply on the area
  • 7 parts of sugar candy with one part of camphor
  • Good dental hygiene
