Prevention Tips

  • First step is to stop treating your skin with harsh chemicals and reduce sun exposure or use a sunscreen with SPF15 when you are going out

  • Drink plenty of Juice daily which will flush out toxins from your body
  • Wash your face twice daily to remove dirt and pollution off the face

When to See Doctor

In most cases, it is not necessary to treat milia, since this problem usually gets resolved within two to four weeks.  Consult a doctor if you have tiny white bumps or small cysts on the skin which cause irritation and discomfort.
