Foods to be taken
  •  Vitamin A rich foods such as beef, fish liver, eggs, dairy products, spinach , hot peppers, carrots, apricots

  • Rubbing some cuts of papaya directly or making a paste out of the dried papaya seeds to apply on the ringworm
  • Use of some natural and organic herbs like basil leaves, turmeric, and tea tree oil can be beneficial for recovery
  • Coconut oil can also be applied because it has healing properties against infections
