Caution should be exercised in patients with history of hormone problems, sugar, eye problems caused by diabetes, under active thyroid, cancer, kidney or liver disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It may cause dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. Children with Prader-Willi syndrome may develop with increased risk of severe lung or breathing problem; if it is so consult with your doctor immediately. Monitor blood sugar levels and thyroid function regularly while taking this medication.
